Winter Wrestling 

K - 5th grade (Co-ed)

Through the program your child will learn basic wrestling moves and techniques. We will work on being an athlete and developing good balance, foot work, strength, and hand-eye coordination. By wrestling your child can see work ethic increase, get great exercise, and build confidence. The practices will be technique based, providing knowledge to best prepare your child for competing in middle and high school with success. This program is part of the My-Way wrestling program that allows for students to compete in tournaments. This will be an additional cost depending per tournament. Also as part of this season students have the option to participate in free dual meets Fridays against other recreation programs in area. (these are optional starting after Christmas.) Team t-shirt included in registration cost.
